The Factory – Premium Pet Food Production and Technology
The production facility spans over 30,000m2 of land and is a leader in advanced process technology and know-how in the region.
It is designed to run seven days, 24 hours, with maximum automation. Investment has been made in complete automation to reduce human failures and health concerns in production—extrusion lines created by industry-leading companies with their most cutting-edge technology on the market. Since the facility is completely automated, the team of veterinary experts and nutritionists concentrate on creating healthier and sustainable pet foods.
The experienced staff and this technology combination ensure high-quality and consistent production year-round to keep pets’ bowls full.
The team is comprised of individuals with diverse perspectives, all specializing in pet nutrition worldwide. The factory has made substantial investments in state-of-the-art technology to improve the efficiency of their facilities. With this advanced technology, they have achieved a high production capacity of up to 40,000 kg/hr for pet food. Our production line includes machinery from industry-leading companies such as Clextral, Concetti, Geelen, and Dinnissen.
High-Level Precision
The extrusion process and technology enable the creation of high-quality pet foods. The size, shape, and moisture content of the products are all in exact compliance with our formulation specifications, which include fresh meat. Thanks to the twin-screw extruder, they are able to achieve a homogeneous mixture with the desired consistency.

The vacuum coater technology at the factory provides the following benefits: improved efficiency and conversion, optimal product quality, enhanced safety and product homogeneity, reduced odour emission, prevention of overheating of fat and oil, the option to add components at the end of the production line, and the ability to produce more nutritious feed. Additionally, thanks to its lower energy consumption, this technology has a reduced impact on the environment.
